1. Registration

To log on to the Otto Bock Store please enter your Otto Bock customer number in the "Customer Number" field, and enter your password in the "Password" field.

If you don't have a password yet, you can obtain one from Otto Bock Customer Service. You can change your password at any time once you've entered the Otto Bock Store.

This registration is for the Product Catalog, your account status, and for account inquiries. For your convenience, a separate password can also be used for account inquiries.

2.1 Search function

With our Search Function you can quickly find and order the products you´re looking for.

Access the Search Function through the "Overview" page just as you enter the Otto Bock Store, or by clicking on the "Search" button provided in each product group catalog.

To perform a simple search just enter a search term. This term can be a symbol, a product name, a key word or even part of a word (for example, "Myo") and will find all related words.

Once you’ve found the product you’re looking for you can add it to your shopping cart or bring up a detailed description.

2.2 Catalog overview

Once you're connected to the Otto Bock Store a list of all available catalogs will appear in the navigation bar on the left-hand side.

After clicking on the desired product catalog a list of all product categories will appear. If you know which category you'd like to look at, just click on the window to the left.

Further sub-categories will then be displayed. If there's a small cross in the product sub-category box, you'll know that this sub-category has further levels. In this case, click on the box to show the deeper levels.  A triangle will appear in front of the product name when you’ve reached the product level.

Clicking on the product name will bring up a product list in the right content window. If a product has more than one version (such as different sizes or colors), a list of all versions will be displayed. The product list displays the product name, short description and catalog price for every product.

You can add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button. To select multiple units, just click the “Add to shopping cart” button multiple times – or enter the desired number through the shipping order within the shopping cart.

If you’d like to view an image or long description of the product, click on “Detail”. You can also add any number of products to your shopping cart from the “Detail” view.

2.3 Fast Entry

"Fast Entry" is the fastest way for you to order from Otto Bock. Just click on "Fast Entry" in the upper navigation bar to open a new order form.

Please give the exact material number for each product (for example, "1C40=L27") as well as the desired number of items. Finally, click on " Submit" and both the name and the price of the products will be displayed.

If we can't find the product you've entered, a notice will appear on your screen. In this case, please make sure that you've entered the correct material number.

Of course, you can enter all the products at once and then click on "Submit".

Once you've entered all your products in Fast Entry simply click the "Add to shopping cart" button. After you’ve added your products you can continue to the catalog or place your order.

2.4 Shopping cart

As described above, you can use the catalog, the search function or Quick-Select to add products to your shopping cart.

Once you've selected all your products and placed then in the shopping cart, just click on the "Shopping cart" button. The contents of your shopping cart will appear. You can request a different quantity of a product or even look at the product again. You can also include “Notes” or change the delivery address.

To order, click on the "Quote" button. The system will run an availability check on your selected products and also determine your individual customer price. In the following view you'll obtain exact information concerning the availability of the products.

A "green light" informs you that the product is available immediately, while a "yellow Light" warns you that it can't be delivered within the next two work days.

If a delivery should be sent to an address other than your own, just select it from the list of your company's branches by clicking on "Show addresses". If the address you're looking for is missing, or if there's any outdated information, please contact our customer service

By clicking the "Order" button your order will be placed and confirmed with an order number. Click on the convenient “Print order” button to print out a copy for your records.

2.5 My shopping lists

Your shopping cart can be saved at any time as a “shopping list” for use at a later date. You can also create multiple shopping lists of those items that you need most and store them in "My Shopping Lists" often (for example, “Standard Myo list” or “C-Leg List”). To transfer items from a list to your current shopping cart simply click on the “Accept” button, then place your order.

Making a shopping list: It's easy to make a shopping list. Just add your items to the shopping cart, but instead of going on to place your order, simply click the "Save shopping list" button. Give your list a name, such as "Standard Myo," and save it for later.

Viewing and saving your shopping lists: On the Overview page, which you’ll see once you've logged into the Otto Bock Store, is a section called "My Shopping lists”, which contains all your saved shopping lists. You can add the contents of any list to your present shopping cart by selecting the list and clicking “Add to shopping cart”

2.6 Security

The data received during the login procedure have been encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for your protection. Within the Online Store itself encryption is not necessary.

3. Account Status

In Account Status you can view the present status of previous online and offline orders.

After registering with your login data you can examine the following information:

Finally, you'll receive a list with one or more orders. This list will offer you the following information:

-the quantity of an item that can be delivered (based on a availability check)

-the quantity of items that have already been added to your order.

4. Account inquiry

You can access the following information with the help of the "Account Inquiry" function.

- Customer Information

Check your contact information here (address, contacts, bank accounts, etc.).

- Open Invoices

Here you can view open invoices sorted by their date of order. The final balance will be provided in the appropriate currency.

- Line Items

You can select specific dates to see open invoices and account activity of line items.

Note: The display of open Invoices, account activity and line items will show status only up to the entered date.

For example: The current date is 1.11.1997. You'd like to see all open invoices up to 1.10.1997. One invoice, which has already been settled, appears under this view to still be open.

- Account Activity

You can view all account activity that has occurred over a specific interval. The invoices will be sorted by receipt number and order dates and grouped by receipt number. The final balance will be provided in the appropriate currency.

- Account Statement

Here you can view your account statement. All orders will be listed and the final balance will be provided in the appropriate currency.
