Once your order has been placed, you’ll
receive confirmation with a statement that includes your
customer number.
You can print
this statement by clicking on "Print order". As
long as there’s an email address for you in our
Customer list, you’ll receive this information via
email. If you have a new email, please notify Otto Bock
Customer Service, and we’ll enter it into our list.
Tip: It’s
easy to transfer information about your order from the
email into your EDV system. Simply select the information
with your mouse and then copy and paste it into your
software. This way you’ll be sure the information is
correct while saving yourself the trouble of manually
entering it.
